He Who Has An Ear, Let Him Hear

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

– Revelation 3:13

Do you have ears that hear what the Spirit says?  The Spirit is the Holy Spirit of God and it is something that we should all desire to be able to hear because that is how God speaks to us!  What is Awesome to know is that this verse of scripture in Revelations suggests that we can have the ability to hear what the Holy Spirit of God is saying!  Yet Ezekiel 12:2 mentions how the rebellious have ears to hear, but they cannot hear!  That means that we can have physical ears that the Lord created us to have, but we cannot hear the Holy Spirit!  So who is able to hear the Holy Spirit?  Only those who receive the Holy Spirit and have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of them!  And those who have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of them are the Church – the Bride of Christ!  This is important because if we do not have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of us, then we are not the Church – the Bride of Christ!  That means that we are not His!  So today, if you are wondering whether or not you have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying, make sure that you have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you!  If you don’t, then you need to ask the Lord to fill you up with the Holy Spirit and give you the evidence that you have received the Holy Spirit through the spiritual gift of tongues!  If you have fully submitted your heart to the Lord and have been baptized (immersed) in water, then when you ask the Lord God in prayer for the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues, he will freely give it to you!  You will then have ears that truly hear!
