The Bride Of Christ

No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate.  But you will be called Hephzibah (my delight is in her); and your land Beulah (married); for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married.  As a young man marries a maiden, so will your Builder marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you.

– Isaiah 62:4-5

Isn’t it Wonderful to know that the Lord calls YOU his Bride?!!  YOU Are the Bride of Christ (the Church) if you have truly accepted Jesus (Yeshua) into your heart and are filled up with the Holy Spirit!  And I Love this passage of scripture in Isaiah where it is describing the Bride of Christ because it is as if the Lord is speaking directly to me when I read it!  I can take these words of the Lord personally to my heart because I am the Bride of Christ (the Church)!  I have accepted Jesus (Yeshua) into my heart and I am filled up with the Holy Spirit!  And the Lord wants You to be able to take His words personally as well!  So when you read that they will no longer call you Deserted or Desolate because you will be called Hephzibah (my delight is in her) and your land Beulah (married), you can literally believe that you will one day be married and delighted in!  Hallelujah!  And just as a young man marries a maiden, so your Builder (Jesus – Yeshua) will marry YOU!  Just as a bridegroom REJOICES Over his Bride, so will your God REJOICE Over YOU!  Amen!!  My heart’s prayer is that You may be able to take these precious words of promise written by the Lord personally because they were written personally for YOU!  And the only way to really see it that way is to receive Jesus (Yeshua) into your heart and be filled and flooded with the Holy Spirit!  Your God (Jesus- Yeshua) desires to REJOICE Over You!  He desires to REJOICE over his Bride!  The Bride of Christ!
